It depends on what shift I'm on. Day shift I go to bed about 11pm, leading up to night shift, I stay up later each night, until the night before I start the actual night shift I'm up until 5am. That way I am fully prepared for staying up all night, without getting tired.

i can stay up late, but i usually do try to get in some beauty sleep. but it's early over here, i'm still at work...it's 3 in the afternoon.
