What is the proper way to wash a full size body pillow?

Will taking it to the laundry mat and putting it into a front loader work?

I cram mine in my front load washer and wash it once a month. Works great !!! : )

Take it to a coin laundry and use the big over size washer

take it to a laundry or use the oversized washers at your nearest laundromat and use woolite or downy to keep it soft
