Your question is very vague. You should describe the make/model/year and any other tid bits. It's probably a fuel issue but that's only a guess. The inertia switch the other person spoke of is a fuel cut off switch and keeps you from blowing up if you have an accident (my old 88 ford pickup had one). I'm not sure they are still around with the new computers and you could trigger it if you hit something rather hard but spinning out doesn't fall under that category. I guess if it stalls when you spin and you don't like the stalling then I'd suggest not spinning out. :) Good Luck.

Inertia switch.

All cars made since 1991 have them, many made before that have them.

I recommend to everybody to find out where the hell your inertia switch is so you can reset it when you need to after you stop real short, or spin out or something.

That little bugger can leave you stranded in a dangerous or expensive situation if you don't know it exists or don't know how to reset it.

Because the driver is a noob and didn't have the clutch in when the car came to a stop.
