2 screws on front, turn both in equal amounts untill engine stalls, turn 1/2 to 1 turn back after this, in = lean / out = rich
make sure both screws are equal, just turn them all the way in and back out about 6 turns to start out.
for more info go on their site, they have better instructions.

turn them all the way in until they just lightly seat and back each one out 11/2 turns and start the car, use a vaccum gauge or a tachometer and adjust each one individually until you get the highest reading on either gauge and then readjust them one more time to make sure you have it right and if satisfied set your idle screw to the proper idle level and your ready to go.

if you dont have a meter, then do like i use to do.run each 1 in until they seat(dont overdue it,because you could mess up the seat)then run each 1 out about 3 turns, and start your car up,now run each 1 out untill you get the best idle.
