Are we talking a pre-operative male-to-female transsexual, or post-operative?

Pre-operative, of course, means that they'll still have some semblance of male genitals, either both penis and testicles, or just the penis. Oftentimes, the hormones that MtF's take render them impotent, or make it difficult to maintain or achieve a full erection. This may cause some difficulty in sex, although it is understood that it is not a measure of pleasure (it still should feel good)- the problem is physical limitation, not a lackluster sexual response.

For post-operative MtF's, who have newly constructed vaginas, things should actually be pretty similar to a biological woman, if the surgeon was good. There are various types of vaginoplasties; sometimes stomach muscle is used so that they are self-lubricating, but more often than not, they aren't, so make sure to keep some lube nearby for sex, because she may not be able to produce any naturally.
In terms of penetration, if the vaginoplasty is finished, it should be adequate, but sometimes the vaginal canal is a little shorter than it would be for a biological woman, so just take some care with depth and find out what she likes before just slamming away. She won't have a G-spot, but that's okay; a lot of women don't really know that they have one, anyways. A good surgeon will have kept most nerve endings intact so you can stimulate her by touching her same way you would touch a biological woman- many MtF's even have a clitoris created from the tissue in their former penises. Experiment; ask her what she likes- she'll know. She won't be able to get pregnant, but you should still use protection; sexually transmitted diseases can be spread to MtF's just like anyone else.

That's all I can think of. The experience should be pretty similar- many men have been "fooled" and slept with post-operative transsexual women without ever knowing.

Hope that helps, and enjoy the experience!

It depends a lot on the depth of the neovagina, which in turn depends on the type of procedure done and the skill of the surgeon.

In both of the standard methods used for SRS (sexual reassignment surgery, also known as GRS, or genital reconstructiion surgery) a competent doctor can create a vaginal depth of roughly 6-7 inches, which is comperable to that of a natal woman.

One difference is that a transwoman's vagina is going to produce little to no natural lubrication. The Cowper's gland, which remains after SRS, may produces some, but it's unlikely to be adequate for intercourse. Some lubrication is going to be necessary.

Assuming adequate depth, there should be no apparent difference in the sensations for the partner. If the male partner has an unusually large penis, or there is inadequate depth, alternate positioning may be necessary to accommodate this, but this is sometimes true with natal woman as well.

The transwoman is less likely to be orgasmic than a natal woman would be, but the equipment is going to look and function basically the same way. Modern SRS preserves the nerve bundle to the new clitoris, and the vulva are sexually sensitive as well, especially if the surgeon is one using certain recently developed techniques, so stimulating her is going to work roughly the same way as with a natal woman.

From the point of view of a male partner, you're going to need some lube, which is often true with genetic women as well, but assuming that the surgeon was competent, the vagina should neither look nor feel any different than that of a genetic woman's. If she's passing well otherwise, you're not even going to be able to tell the difference. With a good surgeon, even a gynecologist cannot tell the difference unless he does a pelvic.

In short, bring some lube. Everything else is going to be the same.

She is a woman, that's all now. There should be no differences, just no worry about kids. If this is just a question in general, you should consider her a woman, that is what she is now. If you are involved with someone, treat her as you would any woman. Probably better, it is her choice.

If they are post-op and had a good surgeon, then they will be just like any other woman, down to the depth and ability to orgasm. If they are pre-op then they probably won't want you to be near their genitals, but it varies depending on how they see their genitals.

Well they can't create a natural lubricant.
And they may not be as tight...pardon my French.
