It depends on what I'm making. Most days it's once a day, sometime two to three times depending on how many loads of dishes I need to do. And that's for two people!

at least 3 times a day, if the kids come over, after they leave, do it again, mop the floor every other day, but once a week , do a scrubbing on it

It varies...
Some days I am CONSTANTLY cleaning it, wiping stuff up, washing dishes and bottles a billion times a day, etc.
Other days I'm like, "Screw it" and only wash what I need. Today is one of those days. =P
But I deep-clean it once a week.
