I love them...they make a fierce martini.

In my past life (Florida), a family nearby had lychee trees & you could buy them. They also sold them to the chefs. They had a big following. We bought some. That was my first time. We just ate them plain. Peeled them and served them in a glass dessert bowl. They are delicious. They are very fragrant. They have a strong perfume. I just love them. I wish I had done more things with them. A martini sounds wonderful.

Oooooh! I had those a couple times!! They are so good just chilled on ice or right out of the can.

I really like them. My kids think they taste like hairspray, though. I had some on my birthday, which was Wednesday.
