im just so unhappy with him. i tried telling him but he says to me that he wont leave and wont sign etc but i want out and have for a number of years but he wont listen to me

Divorce is never nice and it's most definitely never easy. If you spend all your time talking about leaving and getting a divorce but never do it, then of course he's not going to listen because he's not oging to take you seriously. Pack a few things and find somewhere else to stay. File for divorce a few months after you separate and once he realises you were serious and weren't just saying it because you were mad/unhappy he'll sign the papers. It's not supposed to be easy or pleasant it's divorce. Just take the plunge and leave if your really serious about it.

In this situation you have to leave if he wont. Have you been to marriage counseling with him yet? If i were you I would try to work things out with counseling before leaving or wanting a divorce.... Why does he not want out of the marriage and why will he not sign the papers if i may ask? Why do you want out of the marriage?

pack a bag and go stay with a friend or family member in till you get a place by yourself. go get yourself an lawyer and file for divorce. the court can only continue so many times before they have to finalize the papers believe me that what i did with my ex husband and it doesn't matter if he wont sign the courts can only legally continue the case for up to a year if kids are involved and three months if not

Have someone serve him divorce paper's,because I can almost guarantee, HE won't be too nice to YOU afterward's!!!I was divorced when I was 20yrs. & found out AFTER I filed for it,HE was already married to someone else!!!& we had a child,son of a B!!!! Does'nt sound like he's going to make it easy on YOU,so why worry about being NICE about it??Just do what you have to do& don't look back!Best of luck to you By the way ,if he won't leave,do you have family to go to??if so,do it.or maybe,you could have the police MAKE him leave???

divorce isnt a nice thing and there is no nice way out of it. Just tell him and move out he will realise it then. But before doing that think long if that is the best decision for you

Just leave. There is no reason for you to be unhappy. You cant have someone to tell you you cant get a divorce. Thats just dumb. Dont listen to him.

Get a lawyer and have him served. At that point you can get a judge involved.
Ovbiously your husband seems pretty controlling and won't give you want you want. This is probably going to be a messy divorce unfortunately.
But get legal action in place.

well then follow your heart no matter what he says, that is what will make you stronger in the long run because you actually followed your heart this time around... Divorce can be very ugly no matter what I dont think there is really a nice way thats for sure

Divorce is easy enough as it is. Divorce makes it so people dont even bother trying to work anything out. So, really, how much easier would you like it to be.

tell him its time to move on or are you really that unhappy or do you just want sumthing else out there in the water. good relationships hav ppl that stick through thick and thin. and relationships are not built on feelins it is built on committment and compassion remeber that.
