no i dont think its appropriate , i think it entices child molesters / sexual predators and other people who want to harm children . I also think that the parents need to know more about what their children are doing . when i was in Jr. high school , i wasn't even allowed to own a thong they aren't old enough to have jobs so their parents have direct control over their money and they should ask their children what they are buying and keep the comp. in a family room so they can monitor their activities.

Ar you asking from a parent's, teacher's, or student's perspective. That's important in answering this question.
Anyway, I wouldn't approve of the non-standard piercings or that mySpace account even in high school nonetheless jr high.

parents should controll what there kids post online, ware to school, and make sure they dont look like trash. Your thing sticking out looks like trash no matter how old you are, all it says is im a slut.
but agin the world is changing, kids are growing up faster, maturing faster, and seeing the world alot sooner.

Hell no it isnt right, please do not be like them. This world has enough teenage girls who are going insane and whatever. If you be like them, theres no hope for anyone else lol, maybe you should tell their parents what they're doing and see if they care or not. Really, if its not your business though, i'd suggest stay out of it because those messy slutty girls jump you ro do something worse

You're lucky so far! I'm in 8th grade and I was in this project in Science where basically a random group of us sat in a small room in the back(we were supposed to make H2O filters) and talked for 45 min. so, 1 girl was having problems with some friends etc. (she was popular, yes) and so she would tell us about it and whatever, but apparently 1 of her ex-friends was sending "pictures" of herself to guys. yeah. ick. Anyways, i see girls walking down the hallway (IN THE MIDDLE OF A MINNESOTA WINTER.) in strips of fabric that are supposed to be skirts, and shirts that cover basically their stomach and and enough of their back for it to be allowed. The same girl told us that she was over at her guy-friend's house and these girls came over with super-low shirts on and the mom was like "here, let me fix your shirt for you." and she went over and pulled the tops of their shirts up so they were a little less revealing.
Anyways, girls need to pull the tops of their shirts up and get pants/skirts that are longer than their underwear. Personally, I wear jeans and a tee shirt. And no, no thongs in my inventory. how can those things be comfortable(my mom and I refer to them as butt strings)! I prefer the "boy shorts" style. comfy, and covering. in case my pants ever fell down(*shudders*)
GUYS! PULL UP YOUR STUPID PANTS! NOBODY WANTS TO SEE YOUR BUTT OR YOUR BOXERS!
good grief!

Yeah, that's definitely over the top and not natural/sexy. The innocence and curiosity of being a kid are wonderful and pass by far too quickly.

If they want to be slutty, they can go ahead. But you seem like a sensible girl, don't follow that path, guys may go for them...but not for relationships that will last.
