The Winsor royal family (Queen Elizabeth II) is German. The last name used to be Hanover.
The hate comes from World War I and World War II. The V2 bombings especially made the English hate the Germans.

we respect that they are good footballers, make good beer and are sound honest peolple.
we, however dislike the world wars and killing of about 80 million people. (mostly jews)
