The length of your bones is predetermined by your genes. You can't alter this.

On one hand, your height is determined by genetics. On the other hand, it's also controlled by diet. For example, if you were to ingest lots of sugar during your childhood years, it's been indicated that this will stunt your growth. Now although length of bones is controlled by your growth hormones, if you're not drinking milk, your bones with either grow to normal length and be brittle due to lack of calcium, or they may end up not growing quite as long as they could be. However, it is more likely that you'll have long brittle bones as opposed to short healthy bones. You can't exceed your genetic maximum by overdosing on milk though. Just make sure you're getting at least the minimum required milk per day.

No such thing. There is absolutely NOTHING that is going to make your bones grow longer. Your height is determined by genetics. It's already been determined when you were born how tall you will be. Milk isn't going to do it. Either are vitamins, herbs, supplements, drugs, stretches, exercises, sports. Nothing.

You won't be done growing till you are 21-22. Then that's it.

It doesn't matter how much milk or when you drink it, your bone thickness and length is generally determined by genetics. Your height will be whatever it is genetically programmed to be based on the genetics from your parents.
