Hello,
I am just wondering what is the best undergraduate university in Canada. I am looking to major in Earth Sciences. Does anyone know about any good programs for Earth Sciences? I am also looking to study more in Eastern Canada, probably in the maritimes. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Some of the top universities in Canada are as mentioned, U of Toronto, Queen's, McGill, U of Western Ontario, etc. I unfortunately did not study earth sciences so I don't know which faculty is the best but you might want to check out U of British Columbia in the west. Maclean's magazine used to publish a thorough ranking of schools each year so you might want to check them out.

Pretty hard to argue with the position that U of Toronto is the number one university in Canada -- if for no other reason that it has so much more money than any other university. In the Maritimes it would have to be Dalhousie.
Good luck.
