I get plenty of sleep, I exercise and eat right. This has been going on for over a year now, but it feels like it keeps getting worse. It's interfering with my job, my social life, my relationship because I get irritable easily. What is wrong with me? I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all and I'm completely exhausted. I tried going to my doctor with no luck. Help!

There's several different possibilities for the symptoms you've described. You could have a thyroid problem or fibromyalgia or anything in between. The first step would be to go to your doctor and have them do a complete workup. Tell him/her how you feel and how long it's been going on. Once they've run some blood tests, etc. then you can narrow down the possibilities. I would recommend they do a complete thyroid panel as well as check your ANA levels. I hope this helps. Good luck, hon!

You might have aneimia. I have that and its a low blood count. you can correct this with a dose of iron daily.. i take iron pills which you can buy over the counter at any drug store. Consult your physician first. If its not iron it could be a bad diet, or some sort of hepatitis and we dont want the last one. Please go to the Doctor to get checked out... by the way be very alarmed if your getting 8 hrs of sleep a night thats not common to feel that way.

I feel for you. I have the same thing going on in my life and it seems that no matter what I do it never gets better.

Did your doc test you for candida overgrowth? Your symptoms are very common in this infection. Also did he test you for adrenal fatigue?
