If you have to trick on it i have a Game Cube so plz tell me the game cube controls. I think it has something to do with stompy the elephant.. PLZ help me!!!

i think u have to grind he elaphants tail to its head or something

Go on the little building near the elephant and grind on it. This should cause the elephant to go nuts and take off and smash the aquarium and you can get in. Next goal in there is to find missing penguins.
