A kids toy.....almost like an electronic baby that needs feeding etc. My nine year old daughter has one...good description and picture at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamagotchi

my lil brother whos 8 its really gay but he seems to enjoy it alot cause tons of his friends have it to but there so expensive there like 15 dollars for the little computer pet
