Most people know about the CIA and the FBI, which are government organizations.

So how come most people do not know about the MKULTRA?

Because there isn't much in the mainstream media about it. I remember it being talked about during the Iran/contra hearings and a few other cases. People have to dig for information.

CIA program introduced in 1950. Has something to do with the assassination of Kennedy by Oswald.
