No, I'm not blue, and as for the green thing... I'd either go to hospital or become the Jolly Green Dwarf (I'm 5'2" so can't be the Jolly Green Giant.)
This is, in my opinion, one of the oddest misheard lyrics of all time! The song goes: "I'm Blue. Da ba dee da ba di"... its title is "I'm Blue (da ba dee)" , which pretty much tells all you need to know. There's a long and bizarre debate about it here: http://www.songfacts.com/detail.php?id=2905 .
