I eat well, stay active, take my vitamins, my blood work is normal and my weight gain is minimal. Why am I so tired again??? I thought this was not supposed to happen until the end of the pregnancy. Is this a common issue when you hit the third trimester? Any woman want to chime in who have been through this before., this is our first pregnancy...... thank you!!

Ahhhhhhhh nap while you can. I remember being in the same situation. Pregnancy takes a lot out of your body, just relax and give into it and rest up. I had weeks where I was fine, and other weeks where I just wanted to sleep. Sounds normal to me. Once that baby gets here, resting gets MUCH harder!

Good luck! :)

Well i am now 33wks gone and have been exhausted for the last 3wks or so... I have stopped sleeping at nights and can't remember the last night i actually slept right through!! I advise you to nap whenever you can and whenever you feel like it! I like you, have been swimming, eating well and drinking lots of orange juice and water but i have now realised that its all old wives tails because nothing but sleep works :-) good luck and congrats on the new arrival

Well 29 weeks is the third trim. Nobody is textbook, the information in all the books are generalities.
Hang in there it will be over soon, then that little bundle will teach you what REAL tired is all about.

It's normal. I was more tired when I was pregnant with my son then I am now pregnant with my daughter. I was tired and very moody the entire pregnancy with my son. Maybe his testosterone got to me. Sounds like your doing great. Hang in there!

The first and third are the worst time for sleepiness. It is normal...does not matter what you do you will be tired and expect this until baby is born.

You think you're tired now, wait till you hit about 36 weeks, you'll more than likely feel like you've hit a brick wall.
