You shouldn't trust those electronic stores to tell you the truth about products. They are there to sell you something and will often not be truthful. I reccomend you call Belkin or go to their website to find out what products work with theirs. It is always best to do some research prior to making a purchase. Do make sure you take back the hardware which does not work as expected before the two week peiod is up. Most electronics only provide a two week window for returns unlike other merchandise which give a thirty day period.

Go to the support are for more information or troll around the site for the Q&A section or the product compatability section. In the support section you should also find phone numbers to call for assistance. I have found Belkin most helpful in responses to the technical department. I have a Belkin N Router and Adapters.

Good luck and much fun in extending your network range.

i might attempt to place the router in the middle upstair room. The router sign covers properly from suitable to backside and this is shaped like an the different way up V and would return and forth throught 4 partitions. somebody mentioned that some home equipment alongside with microwave oven and cordless telephone that are operated at 2.4 GHz will intervene with the router overall performance. I certainly have heard such claims. i'm employing Netgear router without extender, I positioned my router as I stated above, I certainly have good sign everywhere downstairs even in my returned backyard backyard. I certainly have a brick wall 2-tale abode. My acquaintances can see my community to boot.
