i am i die heart yankee fan, but those idiots who think he should go to the yankees are idiots. The yankees have 3 fabulous outfielder, what are they going to do, put one on the bench. and those who say "well put him in the dh place". NEWS FLASH, GIAMBI CANT FIELD!!!. If ichiro goes to chicago cubs that wont be new, because of all their signins, but he needs out of seattle if he wants a playoff oportunity

Its easy to just say your favorite team and I'd love to see him go to the Angels, but we dont really need him with Guerrero, Anderson, Matthews Jr, and Rivera (when he gets healthy). I honestly think hed be a good fit with a team thats about to start succeeding like the pirates (the outfield could be Bay, Ichiro, and awesome prospect Andrew Mccutchen) or the brewers (Bill Hall, Corey Hart, and Ichiro). Tampa Bay would also be an excellent fit and with the addition of Ichiro they would be the best outfield without a doubt (Ichiro, Crawford, Delmon Young).

I don't see him going to the Yankees, Red Sox, or Cubs and I'd prefer he stays in Seattle so I could watch him more often ... hes pretty amazing ... who saw that catch where he robbed Garret Anderson of a homer last year... amazing

I think the Cubs.
He's not good enough for the Yanks, but he's definetly good enough for the Cubs. They're a good team, better than the Mariners, so he'd be gradually making his way up to the bigger teams. I think he should go to the Cubs, and then if he continues to do well there, after a few years the Yankees look promising for him.

The Cubs - Yank fans hate A-Rod, why would Ichiro want to go to that market? Cubs' fans would worship the ground he roams in Wrigley, great atmosphere, and plenty of money to spend, apparently. Don't go small market - he would never have a chance to win a World Series. Well, maybe not NEVER, but not too likely.

The Royals could sure use a lead off hitter and an arm like that in the outfield, but he's going to go somewhere to win a championship.

he's going to a west coast team or maybe a east coast. he's sticking to where the japanese are. probably san fran or maybe and more likely a resign with the mariners. maybe even the dodgers angels. but bet its gonna be a team that's on a coast and that will contend for a title soon.

Regardless of where he "should" go - I'd say Boston has the greatest need for a CF and the money to pay.
