Yes, I went to go visit a friend in the hospital, I came back out to my car and for some reason I couldn't get my car door unlocked no matter what. I tried the key this way and that way (the keyless entry hadn't been working because my dog chewed it). Anyway, I was getting really frustrated when I looked in my car and saw a McDonald's bag. I don't eat McDonald's so I looked up and saw my car (exact same make, model, etc.) parked right next to the car that I was trying to get into. No one saw me do it thought. If they did they probably just sat back and laughed at me.

Yes!!! I was coming out of the mall from Christmas shopping and went into the parking lot, saw my car and went to go open the door and I'm hitting unlock and the door is still not opening. Finally as I'm trying to unlock the car I try the handle again and just happen to see a child's seat in the back and I said to myself " I don't have a child's seat" I felt like the biggest retard. I'm glad nobody saw.

Yes, I walked up to my "wifes" car and got in and the key didn't work looked around and there was alot of stuff I didn't recognize inside. There are alot of subarus where we live. It makes you feel pretty stupid, but I didn't get caught, and the owner probably would have laughed about it.

never been caught but i tried the remote tried the key and i would not work. i was getting pissed off started cussing and ready to start kicking what i thought was my car thank god i didnt cause it wasnt mine.

I've tried to open car doors that I thought were mine, but I have thankfully never been caught..

I climb in a van about 10 years ago that looked just like mine (it wasn't locked). Got in and saw cigarettes and realised it was not mine. Opps.
