of course they will you should read more manga.they start out bad but then it gets better.
btw.sakura has the cutest kimono when they get married.

This one is up in the air, as the Manga is still being made, but for the most part I would say no.
Sasuke has NO feelings for Sakura at all, and Sakura has lost some of her feelings towards Sasuke over the years he has been away. Sakura is starting to like Naruto more in Shippuuden, but I think Sakura and Sasuke will not end up together, and they are nowhere near getting together, let lone married yet.
So no, Sakura and Sasuke do not get married

If refering to Naruto, I do not think they will. Especially if you watch the later episodes or read the magna. Sasuke does not even really like Sakura at all that much.
Naruto is the only one that Sasuke really respects according to the magna and anime because Naruto is the only one who can ever get a rise out of him

No. The real Sasuke is a goner. Hes no longer exist since Orochimaru-Sama take over his body during the soul transfer ritual. Rest in peace to Sasuke. His life worths nothing..hehe. J/K. Go Orochimaru-Sama Go!

nope because sasuke runs away and becomes evil. she doesn't like him much three years later and even tried to capture him since their mission was to bring back Sasuke
