do anything but think about this ongoing problem...........play a game, watch tv, go window shopping, anything to take your mind from it. its all in your head.
if this doesn't work, see a doctor, you may have a condition that only he/she can answer,at best, the doctor can give you a medication for this. good luck,i'll pray for you.

Are you female? If so, you might want to take a pregnancy test. One of those over-the-counter ones will do. Soda crackers will help with the nausea. Also, you could have blood sugar problems, I am diabetic and when my blood sugar gets low, I get nauseated and don't want to eat, which is EXACTLY what I need to do. At any rate, you will need to see a doctor if the nausea persists. It's not a positive sign, your body is letting you know that something is wrong or something is different and you need to check it out.
Best of luck. Don't be scared or confused, see a doctor and find out for sure what's wrong and then you won't feel so badly, emotionally.

Are there any new herbs that you have started the last 2 weeks? If so, stop taking it and see if that helps.

This is anxiety. It is very common and very treatable. Please see your doctor and find out what the best options are for you.
