Looking for the name of a Japanese film comprised of 3 short horror films. One of them had like an odd name, a food I believe. One of them (might be the same one) involves an abortion. It's recent, within the last 7 years I believe. Thanks!!

you're thinking of the movie "three... extremes". it actually features three segments shot by a different director from a different asian country: "dumplings", the segment you described, is directed by fruit chan(hong kong); "cut" by park chan-wook(south korea); and "box" by takeshi miike(japan).
its very good, but avoid the sequel which is really terrible.
