I have been eating deli meat alot throughout my pregnancy, because I made sandwiches, nothing is wrong with eating delit meat, some people are just crazy and paranoid they freak out when someone says you can't eat something while pregnant. I'm sick of people telling me I can't eat this or that, I know what to stay away from and I know deli meat is not going to harm anyone.
