What kind of home do you want to build? Most people would say brick and wood. But you can also build a biodegradble cottage with staw bales (not recommended in tornado areas)

I am not sure I follow your idea but with the threat of the label of an inept answer hanging over me; I'll try to figure out and give you my thoughts on what it is that I think you may be trying to attempt.
To the best of my knowledge (old guy, lots of knowledge... my kids call it wisdom... I think that's post grad knowledge... anyway...) there is no site available to design a house on-line and provide you with any kind of file to save, print, view 3-d, whatever... if this is what you wanted to do, the only solution is a designers/architect software that might cost you upwards of $1,000.00.
If you want an idea of what material to use to build a house (that is different from the traditional wood, bricks, mortar, siding... etc.) I would highly suggest straw bales. There are a few sites out there that describe the concept and the results for energy efficiency etc. Actually very cool to read. I am considering it myself... unlike the other answer, we don't seem to have much of a wind-blowing-wolf problem here where I am and from what I read, it is a great idea and has been done very successfully.
Good Luck!

I suggest buying a home magazine such as Handyman or such, and going through the ads also.
I have seen plans for a geo-dosic(sic?) home that is really easy to put together. Almost like an erector set.
The mags will also have information on websites for such as you desire.
I am not aware of any particular design tool, maybe you can find it out by talking to your local tech school or college cad design program.
Good Luck with it!

There is software you can purchase to design your own home. It will also give you a list of material needed. It will help you with the wiring and plumbing that you need. If you do a google search I'm sure you can find it. There are several different programs out there. Good luck.

Here's not an answer to your question. Now I'm inept. Perhaps you should be kinder when so many are willing to help you find a solution.

Just don't use straw or sticks. The Big Bad Wolf can blow those down with ease!
