Straight. I don't know how I can handle that bitter truth. And now he's facing a hard time telling his folks that he actually likes girls, and will marry a woman someday! I mean his parents are straight-o-phobic, and they even hate the fact that they're straight and tried to change, but nothing worked. Is there a support group for people like him? I pity him.

I understand that there are some churches that openly accept straight people, even encourage them in their heterosexuality. And then there are straight bars for meeting like-minded people. Heroes are hard to find, maybe, other than Steve Garvey and Mike Tyson. It's rough, but I'm sure if he tries hard, he'll find others of his kind, eventually.

Tell him that he's still your friend, and go play some video games.
I mean, heck, t'aint no sin to be yourself!
Either way, God loves you no matter who says what.
how can you NOT handle the (NOT)bitter truth?
Hehe, hey,I'll help him set up the Straight And Grandly Great club!
SAGG!
By the way, the more violent the game, the more fun.

Lol - I like the question. Nice reversal. Sadly, irony and sarcasm is lost on many of the trolls here.

If you are a true friend, you will not treat him any differently. The only thing that has changed is that you now know more about him.

He might be bi - but don't fret, it's really up to him about which way he wants to bat, but as long as he's a good friend, right? About his parents, they can't be too against being straight - they've got each other so they'll just accept him no matter what (hopefully).

Not sure what is more amusing - you're reverasal of the stereotype to show the idiocy in it, or the large number of people who obviously didn't understand that you were being ironic?

Now now, there is nothing to be afraid of. You can't get Aids from hugging a straight person. You can't catch it. They are born straight, they don't choose to be. Reparative therapy for straight people doesn't work. Jesus said to love your fellow man. We all know that, but isn't there room in your heart to love the man and not his dirty dirty deeds?

I don't see any problem there. Some people are straight and others not. What's the big deal?
