no it kills but possibly if you were lying in front of someone who wanted to kill you and they wanted fast food but didnt have any and you did then that could save your life :) i dont think that'll be a good movie no offense but it seems a bit stupid--- dont kill me! :)

No, fast food can't save your life. Unless if you are starving and fast food was the only kind of food available and you had the option of eating fast food or starving to death.

I couldn't link....fast food is GROSSSSSSS. I cook all my own food, take food on trips, only eat salads and use the bathroom at McDonalds!!!!!
