I'm getting really close to going off on one of my co-workers....and i need someone to talk me down. right now...talk me down...i'm gonna lose it.

She is on my last nerve. I think she's doing it on purpose.
Makes grunting noises everytime she moves.
Asking questions when i've told her a trillion times how to do something.
Teasing me
Smacking her gum.
Talks very loud about nothing.
I'm so 100% not liking her tone today.

If she is doing that stuff to annoy you, then don't give her that satisfaction. If that really is her goal, you will get back at her more by not allowing her to achieve that goal.
