Why is Hugo Chavez badgering Bush ?

He has followed him to every South American country Bush has visited. Isn't Chavez supposed to be running a country ?

I doubt if he is following Bush. There are plenty of people in the world who hate Bush to bring out the crowds.

He knows Bush is very unpopular in S America and is using this opportunity to embarrass Bush as much as he can. Frankly, Bush should have seen this coming.
