Hogan. While Flair has done a lot for the business he was really only a big "draw" in the southern region while Hogan was a major player all over. Hogan is the best the business has seen and his popularity spanning over 3 decades proves it.

Flair! By a long shot! Hogan was bigger and okay at selling the promos, but Flair, was a better wrestler, showman, great as a heel or a babyface. Oh and he wasn't a steroid junkie either.

Flair is way better. He is the "Nature Boy" and a former 16 time world champion. Hogan is just a superstar that likes to take credit for everyone elses work.( Thats why Jeff Jarret attacked him, so he wouldn't go to TNA and take credit for everybody elses work.)
