No, strippers pay pole tax. Scarecrows would be taxed, but they aren't tipped well enough.

I thought the Poll Tax went out with Margret Thatcher, But I guess Gorden Brown could bring it back especially for scarecrows

No the ground they stand on, is covered by the poll tax. They are employed though and do have alot of different heads, I wondering now ,if he still has the hots for aunt sally?

No they don't, scarecrows aren't real...they are stuffed. I don't even know if strippers pay pole tax...do they? lmao..

They also pay a hefty districting tax.

As well as an occassional fine for 'inducing panic'.

hahah i dont think so. the owners put them there to scare off birds and animals from the food the owners should be paying them :)
