I know about the Father's Rights but, My baby's father which is STILL my husband has a history of violence with me AND history of dealing drugs. I have records and police records to back me up. WILL A JUDGE STILL GRANT HIM VISITATION RIGHT UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES????

A judge may grant him visitation. All the same; he is the father. I suggest you speak with an attorney and fight like heck to have his visitation supervised. If you have all of the appropriate documentation; supervised visitation is not out of the question and could be granted.

If the decide is stupid sufficient to accomplish that, ( and there are some actual dilly's accessible ) i might think of it would be purely below strict supervision, Like somebody from newborn retaining centers. regardless of the reality that, you in no way be attentive to what your going to get whilst it comprises Judges.

I believe that he should at least be allowed supervised visitation. He's still the children's father, flaws or not.
