Vitamins are best taken in the liquid form. Pills are the worst because up to 90% can just pass through your body. They don't do anything for you if you cannot absorb them! I use natural liquid multi vitamin and mineral supplement with 60 components. I like it a lot. But vitamins alone will not help you lose weight.

You should try Avatrim. It's a green tea that increases your metabolism. Your metabolic rate goes up and therefor you lose weight much faster. I have some succes with Avatrim, it's great. I feel much more energic than before. But the best thing is, I lost a couple of pounds and I feel much healthier too! Hopefully it can help you too. Give it a try!

When I want to lose weight, I just take more vitamins and minerals, eat less food, drink water, and exercise a little more. It works every time. Try the four finger diet. Put your thumbs and first fingers together to form a circle. Any food that fits inside your fingers is what you eat. A big mac doesn't qualify as food.
