any good quality synthetic motor oil would be good and I mean at least £20 a gallon but I would recommend you take a look on eBay under Molyslip as there is an engine Moly that will help to improve the engines life and can even improve power give it a look

I'd recommend a synthetic or synthetic blend at 10W30 viscosity. The british climate is pretty mild temperature wise so you shouldn't need a thicker oil. Take good care of it and it ought to give you many more miles.
