what was the best chinese buffet you ever were at? How many dishes were there? did htey have sweet and Sour chicken?

King Buffet. Its always fresh and hot, lots of choices(even non-asian) they have Hot and sour soup, and have lots of sauces available, and have an ice cream machine for desert, and tapioca pudding. and yes they had sweet and sour chicken, and pork, and Generals chicken (my fave)
5.99 for lunch, 7.99 for dinner. Dinner has peel and eat shrimp, and crablegs. and I see the thumbs down retard is out again!

I used to go to a place called "The Great Wall Chinese Buffet". I loved their won-ton soup. That evening I saw a TV reporter doing a health story on the resturant. He was filming inside the kitchen. There were roaches on the meat. The reporter asked the chef what he was going to do with the meat. The chef said, "Makee soup. makee soup!" It closed the next day.
The best I ever had though was in Chatanooga, Tennesse. The Red Dragon Chinese Buffet. Wow! About 90 dishes, including Peking duck. Out of this world!

Lucky Village on Westhiemer in Houston, Tx. I don't know how many dishes but they have 6 serving tables, each about 20 feet long, and that's not counting the sushi bar. And the food is actually pretty good.

I've been to quite a few of them but the best, by far, is a local one that opened only about 8 months ago. Its called China's Best. They have 6 serving lines of nothing but meats. Not meat and seafood, meats only. And I don't think I've ever made it to the serving line in the very rear. Never seen so much food in one place. Not even WalMart.

China King in Marshall, Texas. They had it all. The Grand China Buffet in El Paso is good too.
