I am sorry to inform you but there's no place on the web that allows you to watch the whole series in dub. I recommend you buying the DVDs or you can download the series in subtitles if you wish.

I know cartoon network aired this series in English before. Just buy the dvds from amazon.com since there are no online sites who are hosting that anime for a long time due to copyright issues.
