I dreamt I was pregnant and I was a little freaked out since I never had that dream before. I went to school that morning and this girl came up to me that I didnt know and she said she dreamt that I was pregnant but she didnt know who I was...what does this mean??

Well that's kind of freaky. But pregnant in the dream could mean something entirely different in real life. Pregnant can mean full like when people say "a pregnant pause or a pregnant silence", can also ripe for something "The day was pregnant with possibilities." So maybe these two dreams about you being pregnant means you now ready for a new opportunity. But this is just a theory.

Dreams are just your mind playing while you sleep. They aren't significant. Years ago I used to dream I was falling down the stairs. I never did. I dreamt one time that aliens had invaded the house and I had to kill them with a supersoaker that would only squirt about four feet. Terrified me at the time and I was most relieved in the morning to find that my mother was OK. I think I was seven at the time.
Don't sweat it. It's just one of life's little amusements.
Unless, of course, you've been having unprotected sex, in which case... congratulations.

have you had sex lately? if so then theres a chance of pregnancy. if you havent had sex then im sure your not pregnant. if you have had sex and are worried about this dream then wait a bit and take an at home test!
