how can i teach my baby to sleep in a certain place?

First you have to be sure that the place you want the baby to sleep is a good place for sleeping. Is it dark enough? Warm enough? etc. First try putting your baby down there before he's asleep and then let him fall asleep on his own. If that doesn't work wait until he's asleep then put him there and let him sleep there. Eventually he'll learn that's the place that you sleep. The other really important thing to remember is that you need to only have him sleep in that place. Only use it for bed time, not play and bed. Good luck!

Not sure exactly what you mean... do you mean you wish it would sleep in its crib rather than in the bed with you? If its something like that, my Aunt and Doctor have said that it is very important (no matter how old the baby is) that they know where they are put to bed and sleep. If you rock the baby to sleep while sitting in a bed and then put the baby in the crib it will remember that sleeping with you is what was comfortable. Rock the baby to complete calmness, but it in the crib and stand close by until the wimper stops or it drifts off to sleep. That will reassure the baby that its crib is the "good" place and "this is where I got sleep before" even if they are young, they grow and learn quick and will pick up on this. You can put your abby there every night or afternoon and after a month or so your baby will learn that that is his/her place and sleep there. It may take a lot of patience though! To some babies it just doesn't come easily. Like they say practice makes perfect! If this is your first baby experiment with it!

whenever they sleep, put them in the place u want them to ... but not a very gud idea since if ur going out and the baby wants to sleep it mite not be able to cuz itz not the babys bed or w/e
