You are now in a club with every man that has ever been in puberty. This is 100% normal and very healthy. Generally, nobody will notice. Loser clothes make it less important to do emergency adjustments (ever wonder why so many guys switch to boxers around this time of life?). And if someone does notice, just shrug and don't make a big deal of it.

deal with it and learn to live with it because that is going to happen alot the rest of your life masturbate in the restroom between classes if necessary
