Absolutely check this website http://www.supercheats.com search for that game i've tried it before and it works but you must deactivate the code after you got Jirachi or else every wild pokemon will be Jirachi!!

yes, you can, ive done it before but I used a really long code...trust me it took patience...but I didn't have to worry about every wild pokemon I run into being jirachi. If you use the long code you should get jirachi and an egg, but don't hatch it...just take jirachi.

Yes it will get the rocket ready for lift off and then just use a master ball on jirachi and three you go
