Talk it out. See how each of you feel about it. If you both are into it and can comfortably support a child then by all means do.After making the decision to have a child, get both of you checked out by a doctor (gynocologist.. not sure of the male equivalent to a gyno.)
If one of you are against it, it is to best wait until you are both as ready for a child as you can be emotionally. If either is forced into it, it could have some nasty effects that can/will lead to an unhealthy enviroment for a child. It can be stressful enough to go through pregnancy and having a child without the added delema.

I am guessing you don't want a baby and you probably should have talked about this before marriage. If one person wants a baby and the other doesn't then you need to get some professional advice, It may not work out.
