I have only one to tell you about.Personally it is the best one I have found.My 12 year old,and 13 year old have joined.There are older teens too.
Habbo Hotel
You have a walkaround avatar in a virtual hotel.You get to meet lots of friends.I was fascinated watching my kids on it.They walked their avatar to a McDonalds for burger,etc.Other avatars queue up.You can go to the cinema,disco's.Or just into rooms and chat with other teens.
If I wasn't an adult I would join.I highly recommend it.

collegehumor.com has great articles. I find it hilarious, but im a guy so you probably wouldnt enjoy it as much as i do
