My husband and I are getting a divorce. He wants me to sign a deed in liue, what is this? Should I sign?

I think you mean a Quit Claim Deed. That is where you sign over your ownership to another person like your husband. Be careful because you might still be on the promissory note which makes you still liable for the money owed on the house. A Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure is where you sign over your house back to the bank instead of it going through the foreclosure process. You might want to talk to an attorney to be safe.

No, do not sign any kind of deed until you talk with an attorney. If it works like a QUIT CLAIM DEED, you are signing all your rights over to him.

Have an attorney read and explain everything before you sign it.

Do you mean Quitclaim Deed, if you do and you sign it you won't be entitled to any portion of the house.
