do you know what it is? do you like it? if youre doing it, how far have you advanced? how long have you been doing it? how long does it generally take with proper exercise and stuff to be able to sit on your head? if you have answers to any of these please tell!!!

omg i just got into a psycho contortion obsession over the last few months! only this week ive relaly commited myself. ive stretched for at least 1 hour every day since last sunday & ive already seen amazing progress! i was already pretty flexible. to the point where i can reach past my toes when in the pike position but now, after a week, i can comfortably lay my head on my knees in th at position! when standing i can bend over forward & hug my legs! my back bends keep going further & im desperately trying to do that position where you are balancing on your forearms on the ground with your back arched & your feet suspended above your head. there are all kinds of sites to find from yahoo. just type in "contortion" or "contortion exercises" & theres a lot of helpful info about it. try stretching for an hour a day for a few weeks & then gradually increase your time. work on splits & everything you can stretch pretty much. after you backbend its important to do a frontbend exercise & youll feel a lot better after you do that as well. please email me & let me know your progress!
