if you're wanting to start labor, the best things you can do are walking and sex. not sure about nipple stimulation, though. best of luck!

I had my son three months ago. I knew I was in labor (he is my second child) but I wasn't very far along. Then the labor started slowing down, so I did stimulate my nipples. I felt a little weird, but it started back up again!!! Good luck!

yes it will. nipple stimulation produces petosan which it the hormone that induces labor. i know cuz my wife is pregnant and we just went through the class saturday.

I have been told by OB/Gyns that nipple stimulation does ripen the cervix.

i read that nipple stimulation only causes the uterus to contract during stimulation, as soon as u stop, the contractions stop

the doctors can order some estrogens or steroid injection to help stimulate contraction; well generally hormones in the body itself is enough to help
