Of course, you could actually have eaten elsewhere and still blame it on McDonalds. You would just have to customize what you ate and don't worry about a receipt because it is common to toss it. You did not eat you ordered through the drive through. Now that being said, what will you really gain. Few attorneys will accept a case like this without a hefty retainer and with no guarantee of positive outcome. If you and 20 others get ill, it will at least trigger a local investigation by the health department but no financial reward automatically. You would have to sue. You can sue anybody for anything but it takes an attorney who is strategic with law and that costs a lot.

No, well unless you can absolutely prove it... which it is hard. You need to call them though. I am so sorry you are going through that! We have recently stopped eating out.... the food isn't as good as you or we can make at home and it is oh so bad for you... as you see. Poor thing. Drink plenty of fluids!

You would have to be able to prove it was the McDonalds,,file a coplaint with them and get a copy of the report you file,,they should pay for your medical bills

You would have to be able to prove it was the McDonalds, and even if it was you'd have to be abe to test the food to prover it wasnt an allergy but something they did wrong.

You have the burden of proof. If you can prove their food made you sick, I'd say go for it. However, that's gonna be very tough to do.
