what are the Chances of a tornado forming in germany cause every now and then i think i see a super cell or green clouds and its windy alot here.
and me and my friend always bet NOW a tornados coming...

They can and do form.

its possible, did you know the UK has the most tornados per sq km than any other country in the world. all a tornado needs is a body of warm air and a body of cold air in close proximity. a bit of thermal dynamics occur and a tornado occurs.
since Europe is on the unstable bit of climate zone (ie have a large polar and equatorial infuence) we get the very changable weather systems which if conditions become right may for tornados (admit small ones or dust devils).

Tornadoes have always occured in germany, it has nothing to do with global warming. They are not as common as some places but they do occur

Tornadoes can and do occur almost anywhere in the world - they are simply more frequent and larger in the continental US, due to favorable geography for formation here.

If you see towering thunderstorms in Europe, then it is possible (although maybe not probable) for it to produce some kind of tornadic vortex. Keep an eye out, for sure.

Yes very possible because of global warming and by my opinion the planet Little by Little changing position in space and distance between sun and earth.
