I would like to know if any of you have any law (realistic) that you would like to be made up, and why.
I will make up the penalties but there laws that should be made, (we feel)
I need these by tomorrow morning

Be creative and daring and suggest to your teacher that laws ARE NOT the answer and often create more problems then they solve. You can look to a book like "Freakonomics" that shows how laws like mandatory car seats or helmets for bike riders do more harm then good.

Yeah Child Support....Why would you want to put a Dead Beat Dad in jail when it serves not porpase at all...Is the child getting any money now???
You got States like Penn and some countries past a law that a Dead Beat Dad does 6 months for each kid he has....So if he has 2 kids, one year in jail...WOW..Remeber it cost about $18,00 a year to keep a inmate in jail.
Some crack head in congress thinks he/ he is doing these poor kids a favor..
All that does, is the Mother gets revenge, and the kids think that Dad is now a real Bad person...
Not only that, we have a big problem with overcrowed jails, now this makes room for the Dead Beat Dads and let the real criminals out sooner to find new pray.
Thank You Goverment for another law gone bad.
Now what if we put Dead Beat Dad in work release and make them to work, wow now the kids get their money and Dads have to pay rent while they are in there. Now goverment can make money to pay for those over paid Judges and court officers...
That would be the best law that can be fix. In fact, make it a federnal law this way some States don't go crazy and extort the poor little kids from their money.
I never did understand the reason of why the put these Dads in jail in the first place.

This is all true story. 1985. house burned down with 5 kids ,2 adults. 2 years later the sister/daughter and her boyfriend set fire on purpose. They were given 15 min. -200 max.(indefinate) 7 counts 1st degree involuntary man. 1 count 1st degree agg. arson. A new law was passed in ?? Now they get parole hearing about every 5 years. Why? They should only get to see the light of day behind prison gates for the rest of their lives. Why do I have to deal with this?

No penalties, but I am curious why you are so racist? Why limit proposed penalties to whites? Why not apply it equally to all people? Why not apply it to blacks, browns, reds, yellows and all other colors? Or do you think it would be a good idea to have lists of words for each race that would be ok to use and some that would have penalties? Perhaps now you can see that your 'project' is just STUPID!!!!!!
