I recently bought a good quality pair of ballet flats, which seemed comfortable in the store but give me a blister in the back, does anybody know of a way to make them more comfortable while I wear them in (preferably that won't look too dr sholl-esque)

I wear "not socks" from the GAP or Old Navy with my ballet flats. They're basically liners that go just around the bottom of your foot and toes, not around your entire foot like a sock, and they're made of a cotton material like pantyhose. They are totally affordable, come in a few different colors, stay hidden under my shoes, and have kept my heels blister free!

Good luck!

There are little soft oval shaped thingies that you can stick inside against the heel. They're only visible when you have your shoes OFF and start looking around inside the shoes-- not going to show when you wear them.
